Northamptonshire detectives make fourth arrest following brutal stabbing
Three teenagers and a 25-year-old man have now been quizzed over attempted murder
Northamptonshire detectives have made a fourth arrest arrest in connection with a brutal stabbing last month.
A 19-year-old man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition after being stabbed multiple times during a late-night attack on February 13.
The victim has since been released from hospital and will recover from his injuries, according to police.
Three teenagers — a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old from Kettering and an 18-year-old from Wellingborough — had already been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Now a 25-year-old from Kettering has also been questioned.
All four have been released on bail as detectives continue their investigation.
Police were at the scene in Wellington Street, Kettering, and nearby Princes Street the morning after the attack carrying out door-to-door enquiries and forensic searches.
Anyone with information about the stabbing should contact Northamptonshire Police by calling 101 or contacting Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
