Northampton street closed off after police put up cordon overnight

Police have cordoned off a street in Northampton this morning.

Roseholme Road, which runs from Wantage Road to Wellingborough Road in Abington, has been cordoned off overnight. Police officers were still present at the scene before 9am.

Northamptonshire Police has not yet released any information as to why the street has been closed off.
