Motorcycle rider airlifted to hospital after 'serious' collision in Northampton

A serious collision between two vehicles took place on a roundabout in Grange Park, Northampton.

The smash took place at about 1.20pm on Sunday, April 4 when an orange Super Duke motorcycle was in a collision with a blue Ford Fiesta on the roundabout by the junction of Williams Way.

The rider of the motorcycle was severely injured and had to be airlifted to University Hospital Coventry for treatment.
