Man pleads not guilty to robbery of convenience store in Northampton
A man has denied carrying out a robbery at a convenience store in Northampton.
Michael Hyam, of no fixed abode, aged 28, appeared in Northampton Crown Court on Wednesday charged with stealing a number of electronic cigarettes from the store in Valley Road, Little Billing, on March 28.
Hyam pleaded not guilty to robbery and possession of an offensive weapon.
A trial in the case will take place later this year.
