A 29-year-old man has pleaded guilty to causing a public nuisance in connection an incident on the A45 in Northampton on Saturday.

The man - who the Chronicle & Echo has decided not to name - was arrested by police and charged after the incident on Saturday afternoon at the Barnes Meadow interchange.

The man appeared at Northampton Magistrates' Court today, Monday, and will appear at a later date to be sentenced.
