The 46-year-old man was talking on his phone while walking along Maple Road between 12.30pm and 1pm on Friday, May 6, when he was approached from behind by someone who grabbed his phone and pushed him to the ground.

He hit his head as he fell and lost consciousness.

When he woke up he had a cut to his head and his mobile phone and medication had been stolen.
