Man, 26, charged with driving while disqualified after incident on the M1 in Northamptonshire
Man due to appear in court next month
A 26-year-old man has been charged following an incident on the M1 on Sunday, August 9, Northamptonshire Police have confirmed this morning.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Daniel Barbosa, 26, of Willow Road, Leicester, has been charged with driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance and failing to provide a specimen, following an incident between junctions 15 and 15a of the M1 southbound where police officers had to stop a black Vauxhall Astra seen to be driving in an erratic manner.
"Barbosa will next appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 8."
