A woman was followed around Kettering town centre by a 'highly agitated' man in a road rage incident.

Police have appealed for the public's help as they investigate the incident, which took place between 3.50pm and 4.30pm on Thursday, February 4.

Awoman driving a black Mercedes C300 was followed around the town by the man, who was driving a black Seat.

The incident started in Northfield Avenue and the woman was followed around Lower Street, Eskdaill Street, Victoria Street, London Road and Montagu Street, with the man repeatedly approaching her vehicle on foot, banging on the windows and shouting abuse.

A police spokesman said: "The man is described as white, and drove a black Seat with a registration number thought to begin KM14 or KW14."

Anyone who saw any of the incident, who has dashcam footage of any it, or has information about it is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
