Jury finds Northampton man not guilty of attempted rape and sexual assault
A 19-year-old man from Northampton has been found not guilty of attempted rape and sexual assault of a woman in Abington Park.
Warren Clark, of Spring Park, Northampton, was accused of attacking a young woman in the park in the early hours of Saturday, October 18, 2014.
Following a four-day trial at Northampton Crown Court a jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict on charges of attempted rape and sexual assault.
