John Patrick Lavelle, aged 28, of Pleydell Gardens, Northampton, racially aggravated harassment using threatening, abusive or insulting words; causing alarm of distress, two counts of theft, driving while disqualified; no insurance; 18 weeks in prison, disqualified from driving for three years.

Sarah Cunningham, aged 47, of Brookside Meadows, Northampton, assault by beating; community order made, to pay compensation of £250, to pay surcharge to fund victim services of £95.

Bianca Chantae Sterling, aged 32, of Kingsley Road, Northampton, theft of bag and wallet, interfering with a motor vehicle with intent to steal, failed to surrender to custody; 20 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, surcharge £128, to pay costs of £85.

Bianca Chantae Sterling, aged 32, of St Edmunds Street, Northampton, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order; costs of £60.

Iulian-bogdan Bunta, aged 35, of Eastern Close, Northampton, drink-driving; disqualified 17 months, fined £323, surcharge £34, costs £85.

Alin Lucian Lacatus, aged 22, of Southampton Road, Northampton, driving while disqualified, no insurance; community order made including unpaid work requirement, disqualified 12 months, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Garry David Anderson, aged 36, of Booth Meadow Court, Northampton, criminal damage to a vehicle barrier belonging to Billing Aquadrome; fined £239, compensation of £600.

Michael Anongbo, aged 53, Entwood Drive, Northampton, driving without due care and attention; fined £276, surcharge £32, costs £85, six penalty points.

Emma Julie Clements, aged 47, of Greenwood Road, Northampton, drink-driving; disqualified 12 months, fined £80, surcharge £34, costs £85.
