ALIN-GABRIEL PETRARIU, aged 34, of St Michaels Mount, Northampton, drink driving on Bridge Street, Northampton — 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeding the prescribed limit of 35mg; fined £623, costs £85, surcharge £249, disqualified for 14 months.

CALLUM SANDERS, aged 32, of no fixed abode, possession of a class A drug — cocaine, criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 — damaged a police vehicle; fined £150, compensation £100, costs £85.

GARY JEFFERS, aged 43, of no fixed abode, possession of a class B drug — cannabis; fined £80, costs £85.

ISABELLA DE LA BERTAUCHE BULL, aged 19, of Burns Street, Northampton, assaulted a woman by beating; fined £120, community order, compensation £100, costs £85, surcharge £114.

MUMIN SHEIKHMUMIN, aged 44, of Stimpson Avenue, Northampton, person in charge of a vehicle failed to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether an offence had been committed; fined £120, costs £85, disqualification for six months due to repeat offending.

RUSSELL CLIFFORD, aged 44, of Limehurst Close, Northampton, drug driving on Mereway, Northampton; fined £120, costs £85, surcharge £48, disqualified for 12 months.

SEAN JESS, aged 29, of no fixed abode, harassment without violence; fined £200, costs £85.00.

SHAY LEWIS, aged 23, of High Street, Upton, drink driving on A43, Broughton — 98 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood exceeding the prescribed limit of 35mg; fined £784, costs £85, surcharge £314, disqualified for 14 months.

STEFAN VLADAN, aged 43, of Robert Street, Northampton, drove an e-scooter while disqualified on Robert Street, Northampton, used a vehicle without third party insurance; fined £807, costs £85, surcharge £323, disqualified for three months.

SYLVIA JOHNSTON, aged 45, of Campbell Street, Northampton, breached a criminal behaviour order by being in possession of an open receptacle of alcohol on Gold Street, Northampton when prohibited from doing so; 10 months in prison suspended for 18 months, overnight curfew with electronic monitoring for six months, costs £85.

KELVIN AUGUSTINE, aged 41, of Spencer Road, Northampton, possessed / had custody of a female XL Bully fighting dog called Nala; contingent destruction order for dog unless exempted, fined £120, costs £3,200.

REBECCA ROBERTS, aged 41, of Campbell Street, Northampton, two counts of theft from a shop — on October 29, 2025, stole items to the value of £5 belonging to Tesco, on November 5 stole items to the value of £20 belonging to Tesco; conditionally discharged for 12 months, compensation £25, costs £85, surcharge £26.

ROKAS RUNKAUSKAS, aged 22, of St James Park Road, Northampton, drove while disqualified on Rothersthorpe Road, Northampton, used a vehicle without third party insurance; community order with 60 hours unpaid work, costs £85, surcharge £114, disqualified for seven months.
