Corby man Trafford McIvor on the run after failing to turn up to court on two GBH charges

A Corby man accused of two separate serious grievous bodily harm charges is wanted after failing to turn up to court.

Trafford Mitchell McIvor, 26, of Cupar Crescent, Corby, was due to make his first appearance at Northampton Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday, May 12) but JPs issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to turn up for the hearing.

He stands accused of violently assaulting a man at McDonald's in Phoenix Parkway in December 2019.

He is also charged with a second assault on a female victim at Kingsthorpe Avenue, Corby, in February 2020.

Both were left injured following the unrelated alleged attacks.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of McIvor should contact police on 101.
