CCTV images released after victims in Northamptonshire village scammed out of cash by people claiming to be police officers

The incidents happened in Winwick between 4pm on Wednesday August 13 and 6pm on Friday August 15, and on Wednesday October 1, between 3.50pm and 4.40pm.

Police say the victims were cold-called by people claiming to be police officers and through continued deception, tricked them into handing over cash.

The people in the images could assist police with their enquiries so they, or anyone who recognises them, should contact Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting incident number: 25000485402.
