CCTV clue to thief who bagged golf clubs from car during Brackley break-in

Police have released a CCTV image of this man they want to find following an attempted burglary and theft from a motor vehicle during the early hours in Brackley.

Detectives are investigating a series of incidents on April 9, between 3.15am and 3.30am, when a man tried door handles on a number of houses in the area to see if they were locked before stealing a set of golf clubs from a car.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "We are keen to locate this man who may be able to assist our investigation and we are urging him to make contact.

"If anyone has any information relating to his whereabouts, or any other information regarding this incident, please contact us by phoning 101 using incident number 20000193625."
