A 14-year-old boy was arrested in the Kingsthorpe area of Northampton yesterday afternoon in connection with drugs offences.

The boy was arrested in Nursery Lane at around 4.30pm on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
