Baseball cap wearing intruder raided Northampton climbing centre

A man wearing baseball cap broke into a climbing centre in Northampton to take a haul of goods including laptops and a hoover

Police are appealing for witnesses after a climbing centre was raided in Far Cotton.

The intruder broke into the Pinnacle Climbing Centre in Far Cotton, Northampton, by forcing open a rear exit door some time between 10.55pm last night (Sunday, October 30) and 12.15am today.

He used a pink bag to escape with cash, laptops, an iPod and a hoover.

The offender was wearing a baseball cap with a "shiny peak," a spokeswoman for Northamptonshire Police said. He was also wearing a light jacket with a stripe on it.
