Police are appealing for witnesses to a suspected attempted burglary in the Abington area of Northampton.

The ground floor window of the property in Lea Road was opened at some point between 11am and 4.30pm, on Monday, August 1, although it is unknown if offenders gained entry to the property.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have any information regarding this incident or who may have witnessed it.
