Accused who escaped Northampton Magistrates Court has been found by police
Aaron Cohen, a 32-year-old man wanted for escape from lawful custody, was detained by officers in Northampton this afternoon.
Cohen escaped lawful custody on Monday, November 27, when he appeared before Northampton Magistrates Court to face charges of domestic abuse against two women.
Detective Chief Inspector Rich Tompkins, head of Safeguarding Adults, said: “I would like to thank the public for sharing our appeal and for helping us to detain Aaron Cohen. He will be charged for escaping lawful custody later today and will appear in court tomorrow morning.”
