Comedian Crissy Rock performs at Northampton bingo club

Beacon Bingo in Northampton held an adult-humour-only evening with Crissy Rock last Friday night (January 26th).

The free event in Weedon Road, St James saw the former star of ITV’s Benidorm and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! entertain customers for a couple of hours before taking part in a meet and greet.

Crissy started out as comedian in the late 1980s and made her debut acting performance in the 1994 Ken Loach film Ladybird Ladybird before winning a number of awards.

Paul Cooke Beacon Bingo Northampton’s general manager said: “An opportunity like this was too good to miss. It was fantastic to have Crissy perform in our bingo hall. Everyone was in such good mood and really had a laugh.

“The event was a huge success and we were delighted to see both regular and new customers having a good time.
