Air ambulance called to 'medical emergency' in Northampton
An air ambulance was called to the scene of a 'medical emergency' in Northampton.
East Midlands Ambulance Service was called just after 9.15am this morning to an incident in the Spring Boroughs area of town.

Hide AdThe service sent a paramedic in an ambulance car, a crewed ambulance and an air ambulance.
The air ambulance landed on a grass area off Spring Lane and transported one patient to Coventry and Walsgrave Hospital.
A spokeswoman for East Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We received a call at 9.17am on March 3 to a private address in Northampton to assist with a medical emergency.
"We sent a paramedic in an ambulance car, a crewed ambulance and the air ambulance. We transported one patient to Coventry and Walsgrave Hospital by air ambulance."
The nature of the incident is not yet known.
