A5 to shut temporarily next week near Daventry
The A5 will be closed for more than a mile in both directions next week to carry out urgent temporary line markings.
The road will be shut between Weedon at the A5/A45 crossroads and the Skew Bridge railway bridge, which is roughly one mile and a half to the north-west.
The repairs will take place on the temporary stretch of the A5, currently in use to allow the construction of the A45 bypass.
The closure will come into effect from 8pm on Monday March 13 and finish at 6am on Tuesday, March 14.
