You won’t want to miss seeing the twin new arrivals at the Land of Lemurs walk-through. Watch them learning to jump and climb around this summer.
Two endangered ring-tailed lemur babies were born to their mum Kirindy – and can only usually be found in Madagascar, where their wild populations are under threat.
Father Bary and son Asotry are also new additions at Woburn, as the white-belted ruffed lemurs join the park to live with the black-and-white ruffed, ring-tailed and red-bellied lemurs in their woodland walk-through habitat.

A pawfect date as Amur tigers meet at Woburn for the first time
Male tiger Dmitri met female tiger Minerva face to face for the first time this summer, at Woburn Safari Park.
Their keepers are delighted that the couple are getting along well and may hopefully breed as part of the Endangered Species Programme (EEP).
Visitors can see Dmitri and Minerva (also known as Vera) in the Kingdom of the Carnivores drive-through in the Road Safari.

Egg-cellent news as penguin chicks hatch out
There’s cracking news at Humbolt Harbour, where keepers have welcomed three Humbolt penguin chicks as new arrivals!
Leaf and Salsa, who have already reared other young chicks as part of a European endangered breeding programme, are now the proud parents of Sriracha and Pesto. Penguin pair Tank and Arrow have also welcomed a chick for the first time, named Apache.
Keepers caught footage of the new chicks in their burrow, as they kept careful watch over the new broods.
The penguin chicks have now started to emerge, after being very vocal in their burrows. They are recognisable by distinctive brown and grey colouration, which they will continue to keep throughout their first year.
Visit soon to see these adorable chicks, which won’t stay this little for long!
