Tech spec

Here comes the technical bit – Jackery’s Solar Generator 2000 Plus uses a maximum of six Jackery SolarSaga 200 solar panels - although you can add an extra battery pack to the kit if you think you’ll need even more power.

Ultra-durable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells have been used which means each device could last for 10 years, and the battery level can remain at 70 per cent, even after 4000 charge cycles.

The real solar geeks among us will want to know that the solar panels they use have integrated Interdigitated Back Contact (IBC) technology into their structure - this gives an industry-leading solar conversion efficiency rate of up to 25 per cent.

But all you really need to know is; it doesn’t have to be bright sunlight to work, your battery pack can be fully charged in just over two hours AND noise-free technology means it won’t disturb the peace and quiet whilst it’s doing its thing.

And if you do have the extra battery pack you can make hay (well, make electricity) while the sun shines, which will keep you going well into the night.
