This modern Cedar-built apartment was originally built in the garden as a space to live in whilst the main property was being converted from an office space into a residential home.

The owner, Dan, 33, has obtained years of experience of the London development market in his personal career. He says harnessed his inspiration of the high-end property sector to add the finishing touches and details to the outhouse, which he successfully turned into a luxury living space. He named this apartment Woodland View.

Situated only a 10 minute walk away from the Silverstone Circuit, it has its own seated decking area and a hot tub, which can fit up to five people - so no risk of breaking the rule of six!

The self-contained apartment consists of a bathroom, a kitchen, lounge area and bedroom with a double bed. It is nestled in a private setting within a quarter of an acre of garden as well as adjoining farmland and a wooded area.

Woodland view additionally caters for private events at an additional cost.

When asked about the luxury apartment’s quirks, Dan said: “I feel the space is compact but cleverly arranged, enhancing the small space into a fully working area.

“Areas that I would say maximise this outlook would be the wall dividing the bedroom from the lounge area, cleverly thought-out incorporation of the TV into the wall, which pivots through the wall enabling the screen to be viewed from both spaces of the property.

“I feel people stay here for the experience. What a lot of people do not realise is how much effort the host puts into the whole experience such as lighting candles on an evening, lighting barbecues, arranging taxis, booking reservations, it’s almost endless.

“Sharing my space with guests is one of my most favourite parts of the experience and I have very much joy hosting for my guests.”
