Northampton letting agent launches new buying aspect of business

A property agency in Northampton that has dealt with lettings for decades is launching a buying aspect of its business.

Cotters, based in Wellingborough Road, is expanding into estate agency after noticing more people are moving out of the letting market.

The business started dealing with sales from February 1 this year, but is holding its official launch party today (February 28).

Ray Pusey, senior sales director for the estate agency side of the business, said: “We have been in lettings for more than 32 years.

“There’s been a change in the market place with lettings. A lot of landlords are deciding to sell on and business is going out the door.

“Now we can deal with them too if they want to sell.

“We are hoping to attract a lot of new clients for the business and we’ve got a very attractive offer on at the moment.”

As part of the launch, until April 30, Cotters is offering 0.5 per cent and no VAT commission on all instructions, subject to terms and conditions.

Ray added: “This is an industry beater and it’s really attractive for anyone wanting to sell.

“It’s a great opportunity to take advantage of and it will not be repeated.”

Cotters is now available as an estate agent and can help with buying or selling enquiries.
