"At Murrays, we’re all about exploring new tastes, and our philosophy is to create dishes that excite and delight our guests. We take great pride in what we do, and this third rosette is a tremendous achievement that takes Murrays to the next level.”
From 35-day aged Whittlebury hung beef with local asparagus to Northamptonshire goats’ cheese with golden beetroot, Harvey’s passion is working closely with local suppliers and experimenting with modern cooking techniques.
Jeff and Carol Sargeant the owners of Whittlebury Park said: "It is fantastic to be awarded such an accolade, which places us firmly in the top 10% of all AA recognised restaurants in the UK. We’re absolutely delighted for the entire team at Murrays and the wider resort.”
