The classic edition of Bite Street NN returned to Bell Plantation Garden Centre on Watling Street, Towcester in August for the first time this summer. This marked the start of its residency there for the second half of the season from July until the end of this month.
The latest event was hosted on the big field next to the car park under the mighty stretch tent last Friday, Saturday and Sunday (September 11, 12 and 13).
Bite Street NN was established in 2019 and has since welcomed more than 160,000 happy customers, chomping into the best street food the region has to offer and enjoying a glass of something good from the bar.
The event is the perfect location for a get-together with friends and family at the al-fresco eatery with seating for 600 in the fresh air.
Bite Street attracts the best street food traders for miles and pairs good food with great drinks and cool tunes. They feature a rotating selection of epic vendors, house cocktails, foaming beer and great vibes.
The team at The Smoke Pit served tasty burgers from their cool 1978 Chevrolet Step-Van, and they were joined by the multi-award-winning BadBoyWings with their awesome wings.
Cleopatra’s Kitchen brought a taste of the Middle East with freshly-made falafel and hand-crafted chicken shawarma, lamb kofta and shish kebab.
Gaucho Stu was there with his authentic Argentine BBQ food, including steak sandwiches, Argentine ragu, flat beef ribs and vegan bean chilli, and The Wood Oven cooked up crispy wood-fired pizza using local dough.
Cookies Babes were at the event across all three days with their insane loaded cookie pies, while the bar sold drinks like Tank Beer, Brooklyn Pilsner, alcohol-free Lucky Saint, house cocktails, Saxby’s Cider, Warner’s Gin and vegan wine, just to name a few.
