I really feel like primary and secondary schools in general have been over looked in everything we have done for our children in Northampton.

We have worked so hard to provide excellent care for key worker children during lockdown and I am proud to say that my school, Chiltern primary in Duston, will be opening to every primary year group (12 children per class that have chosen to return to school) from the beginning of Monday, June 29, adhering to social distancing government rules.

I really am so grateful to our headteacher that constantly thinks about our children and their needs and how all of the Chiltern staff make them feel a sense of normality.
