For the past month, the Chronicle & Echo and Northants Telegraph have been working with organisations across the town and wider county to pull together a celebration of just some of the key workers and volunteers who have made a difference during lockdown.
Here we feature some of the officers and staff at Northamptonshire Police who were nominated for The Big Thank You.

From left SC Lynn Morris, SC Dom Clowes, SC Liam Parker, SC Emmanuel ODame and SS Ben Baines took part in Op Talla patrols in Northampton. Members of the Northamptonshire Special Constabulary volunteered a huge total of 7,800 hours to Covid-19 patrols since the pandemics lockdown was imposed.

While things slowed down in the world amidst the coronavirus pandemic, police officer recruitment and training continued apace to ensure Northamptonshire Police remains prepared to fight crime and protect people. In June, a total of 66 officers stood on parade for uniform inspection.
