For the past month, the Chronicle & Echo has been working with organisations across the town and wider county to pull together a celebration of just some of the key workers and volunteers who have made a difference during lockdown.
Here we feature some of the staff at Northampton Borough Council who were nominated for The Big Thank You.

Northampton Borough Council Neighbourhood Wardens and Park Rangers - Bottom row Left to right: Steve, Lorraine, Corrina, Jamie, Caroline, Peter, Clayton, Rob, Darren; Top row Left to right: Nuala, Liz, Chris, Angela, Paul. This team was the first to be called upon when the lockdown was enforced. They delivered essential food and medical supplies to the most vulnerable within our communities. They also made daily telephone calls to people living on their own to check on them, to ensure that they were safe and to offer a friendly chat.

Museums team - Debra Cox on the left, Louise Hannam-Jones on the right. The team has supported Northamptons Community Resilience Hub to deliver prescriptions and food to our most vulnerable residents as well as offering general support and undertaking welfare checks.

Northampton Borough Council Facilities Management team - Gemma, Katherine, Caroline G, Sonya, Maxine, Caroline M, Stuart, Kirk, Donat, Shelley. Facilities Management team has kept the Guildhall open to support essential services by ensuring the building is thoroughly deep cleaned, incoming and outgoing post is processed and that maintenance (including compliance) tasks are completed.
