9. Watched Charlie the Chimp do a flip
Most people, who have grown up in Northampton, have a suppressed memory of being mesmerised watching Charlie the Chimp at Gordon Scott's shoe shop when they went shopping in Abington Street.
10. Called the Lift Tower the 'Northampton lighthouse'
It can be seen for miles around as a prominent part of Northampton's skyline!

12. Inhaled the smell of malt whilst driving past the Carlsberg brewery
As soon as you get on that Carlsberg roundabout, you are hit with the waft of malt from the brewery; like Marmite, you either love or hate it.
