Northampton in 50 Buildings by East Midlands historian Lorna Talbott will appeal to history-lovers and residents, according to Amberley Publishing.
The latest in the 'in 50 Buildings' series reveals how the Norman conquest, the English Civil War, a great fire in the 17th century and expansion in the 1960s all had an impact on the town's architecture.

1. The Holy Sepulchre, Sheep Street

2. Barratts Footshape Works, Kingsthorpe Road
