Does anyone remember this sculpture in Northampton?

As an old Northamptonian I would love to know what happened to the sculpture depicting a Native American Indian that once adorned the front of the shoe factory in St James.
It probably dated back to the time the factory was owned by Padmore and Barnes as they were noted for their moccasins.
Can anyone help me in this respect ?
