9 Northamptonshire buildings locals want to see levelled to the ground

When it comes to airing our views on the built environment, us Northamptonshire locals are far from reserved

It’s fair to say that there are plenty buildings in Northamptonshire that now divide opinion - including some Brutalist 1970s buildings, similar in design to Greyfriar's Bus Station.We asked locals to come forward and nominate the unsightly buildings, which they’d like to see vanish from the area for good.

From the ugly Wellingborough Telephone Exchange that towers over the skyline to a disused Edwardian bus depot, we take a look at nine Northamptonshire buildings and a controversial clock that some locals would like to see levelled to the ground.
