Lockdown may be over for many, but those still self-isolating or working from home need to make sure they exercise regularly.

Northampton physiotherapist Lee Daggett has put together five light home workouts to help you shake off aches and pains and stay supple.

Lee, a director of Move4 Physio, said: “Since re-opening for face-to-face appointments in June there has been huge demand.

“We are seeing some common trends in the types of issues people are suffering with. We believe this is down to the changes we have all had to make because of lockdown.

“Try these exercises out and let us know how you get on. Remember, if you do decide to come and see us face to face you won't cross paths with any other people - the risk has been managed at our rural clinic in the heart of Northamptonshire.”
