As the country enters another week of lock down, it's fair to say that everyone in isolation is missing their friends and loved ones more than ever.

To put a smile on their children's faces, staff and teachers working remotely at Kingsley Primary School have created an online sing-a-long video to share with their pupils and give them a sense of normality.

Hundreds of schools up and down the country have been busy creating special video montages to make their pupils smile, and Kingsley is no different.

With the help of Joanna Cumming, headteacher Ann Taylor has rallied round her staff to put together a fun three minute video, which sees teachers singing into ladles and dancing with their pets.

The video, which sees staff singing to 'Tones and I - Dance Monkey' - took four days to put together.

Ann said: "We put the video together to make our wonderful children smile and remind them that we are still thinking about them and that we miss them all.

"Some of the staff jumped at the chance to get involved because they wanted to make the children smile and see us being silly."

One pupil commented: "Thank you for that, I laughed my pants off, I nearly cried because I was laughing so much - it made my day!

And, one parent said: "Thank you so so much for this video, it gave us a smile, hope and happiness. You are all such amazing people, miss you so much."
