12 independent businesses in Northampton still open during coronavirus lockdown

New website for firms to advertise their opening hours
The coronavirus lockdown measures may have seen many Northampton businesses close their doors but some are still open.
Here are just 12 of those restaurants, butchers, grocers and more who are still there for customers, according to a new website for firms to advertise called Northampton Local.
Best One in Weedon Road is one of many convenience stores in Northampton continuing to provide for residents. The owners can do deliveries for those who cannot get out of the house and can take requests. Its Facebook page is regularly updated with stock and will respond to questions. DH Hillyer Butchers is still operating but only through delivery. Orders made before 12pm will be delivered that afternoon, orders made after 12pm the following afternoon. 11. Shajahan, High Street, Kingsthorpe, Northampton
