Permanent headteachers confirmed for federation schools in Northamptonshire
Exciting times lie ahead for the federation schools, Walgrave and Pitsford Primary (WPPS), as the appointment of permanent headteachers has now been officially confirmed.
A spokersperson said the federation will be led by Natasha Bates (Headteacher at Walgrave) and Nina Roberts (Headteacher at Pitsford), bringing "strong leadership, clear vision and a shared commitment to excellence across the nurturing village schools".
Their confirmed appointments mark an important milestone and signal a positive new chapter for the entire school community, the spokesperson added.
Natasha said: “I am so excited to continue leading the school forward. Over the past 18 months we have already achieved so much together, and I am incredibly proud of our pupils, staff and families. Our schools are a very special place, and I’m looking forward to building on that success as we move into this next phase.”
Nina added: “I am really looking forward to this opportunity and to continuing our work across the federation. The schools are a special place, and we have a strong team in place. I’m excited about what we can achieve together for our children and our village communities.”
The spokesperson said: "With a dedicated and experienced leadership team in place, the federation is well positioned to move forward with confidence and ambition. The focus on nurturing every child, supporting staff and strengthening community links will ensure our village schools continue to thrive."
