Trauma-informed breath work specialist creates a magical experience at Northampton Museum

Wellness specialist Ali Mitchell has been praised for creating a “magical” and transformative experience during her recent trauma-informed breath work sessions at Northampton Museum.
Ali, who has trained extensively in trauma-informed practices, guided participants through carefully designed breathing techniques that not only calmed the body and mind but also offered a safe, supportive space for healing and self-discovery.
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many describing the sessions as “profoundly grounding” and “deeply healing.” One participant shared: “It was the first time I felt truly safe to let go and just breathe.”
Ali explained, “Breath work isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about giving people the tools to regulate, to heal, and to reconnect with their inner strength.”

Following the success of the Northampton Museum sessions, Wildflower Ali will be leading further workshops and retreats across Northamptonshire in the coming months, making her work accessible to more communities across the county.
Her trauma-informed approach has already gained strong recognition locally, blending science, sensitivity, and spirituality in a way that continues to inspire and support people from all walks of life.
