The Northants 5K Series is back - here's everything you need to know
Back for 2026, the Northants 5K Series welcomes everyone, whether you walk, jog or run, to take part in a friendly series of events across Northamptonshire.
Now in its 14th year, the series continues to bring people together from across the county for a set of organised 5K events held in scenic locations throughout the year. Participants can take part in one event or sign up for the full series, enjoying a supportive atmosphere and the chance to stay active alongside others.
Whether you are setting a personal goal, getting active with friends or simply enjoying being outdoors, the Northants 5K Series is a great way to keep moving and stay motivated.
We are also delighted that Wilson Browne Solicitors is sponsoring the series again this year, continuing their support for community health, wellbeing and physical activity across Northamptonshire.
Days and Start Times
Event 1 – Sunday 26 April: Fineshade Wood. Registration from 9:15 am, starts at 10:30 am.
Event 2 – Wednesday 13 May: West Lodge Farm. Registration from 6:30 pm, race starts at 7:30 pm.
Event 3 – Wednesday 17 June: Blackpit Brewery. Registration from 6:30 pm, starts at 7:30 pm
Event 4 – Wednesday 8 July: Fermyn Woods. Registration from 6:30 pm, race starts at 7:30 pm.
Event 5 – Sunday 20 September: Delapré Abbey. Registration from 9:30 am, starts at 10:30 am.
Each event takes place in a scenic setting and offers a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone can take part at their own pace.

Early bird Whole Race Series bookings are now open. Places are limited and sell out every year, so if you are planning to take part in all five events, it is best to book as soon as possible.
