Monoposto racing gives back

We are appreciative of their support of motor racing.’ David Cox, President
The Monoposto Racing Club has confirmed the recipients of its annual community charity fund, continuing an initiative that began five years ago to give back to motorsport and local communities connected to its race calendar.
The scheme invites drivers to make voluntary donations at the point of race entry, supported by additional fundraising efforts throughout the season. The Club also commits 10 per cent of its annual trading surplus to the fund. Together, these contributions typically raise around £1,500 per year.
Over the past five years, Monoposto has donated to a range of motorsport and wider charities, including the British Motorsport Marshals Club, Race Against Dementia, Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK and regional Air Ambulance services.
The majority of the local charities have been nominated by the circuits.
Monoposto President, David Cox: ‘Circuits that submitted nominations have formally acknowledged and welcomed the initiative, praising the Club’s commitment to supporting grassroots organisations and community projects alongside its racing activities.’
