Brackley Care Home's "Pound a Peddle" for BBC Children In Need
Brackley Care Home will be holding a Pound a Peddle challenge to raise funds for this charity which currently supports over 3,000 projects in communities across the UK, all of which aim to improve the lives of children.
This year will be the 43rd consecutive year that BBC Children in Need has raised money for disadvantaged children and young people around the UK and we are inviting members of the community to join our staff and residents to take the charity route!
Simply donate £1 for a very good cause and take a turn on our static bike any time between 10am and 5pm on Friday, November 15.
You can choose to cycle for as little as a minute or tackle a mile. You will be helping us complete our 41 mile journey "around Brackley", the progress of which we will be marking on a map during the day.
All welcome to participate in this fun event and refreshments and home-made cakes will be provided.
