Upmarket steakhouse set to open this week at Northampton's former Toby Carvery site
While the average cost of a meal at the new 120-seat Miller & Carter restaurant will be around £20, compared to the £5-a-head offers previously available at the Talavera Way venue, new manager Simone Assenza is expecting it to be a hit.
He said: "We will be aiming to cater for a very different kind of customer than the Toby Carvery brand, bringing a really different dining experience to Northampton."
