A former fast food unit in Northampton town centre is continuing to be refurbished as it returns to the commercial market in the hope of attracting a new restaurant business.

Work is currently ongoing inside Unit 1, City Buildings, in Fish Street, a Grade II-listed property previously occupied by Subway.

The premises, located between Abington Street and St Giles Street, has been advertised as a “prime town centre restaurant premises” and offers almost 2,000 square feet of accommodation across ground floor and basement levels.
