Here's a list of all the major housing developments being built in and around Northampton at the moment.
The town is ever expanding in a bid to meet local and national housing needs.
There is a mix of developments currently ongoing across the town and its borders which include two, three, four and five-bed homes.

5. Overstone Gate
Northamptonshire housebuilder Barratt and David Wilson Homes' Overstone Gate development will feature a selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties. The estate will house hundreds of homes.
6. Collingtree Park
Phase one of Collingtree Park is underway, according to Bovis Homes and Linden Homes. The development will be comprised of two, three, four and five-bed homes adjacent to the golf course. The project will deliver around 1,000 homes and new on site facilities.
7. Upton Square
The 138-home development is still in the process of construction. The estate will comprise of one, two, three and four-bed homes for private sale, shared ownership and rent.
8. St Michael's Park, near Upton
The 95-home development is located just off the A4500 near Upton and will be comprised of two, three, four and five-bed properties
