Offer for NHS workers to use Northampton estate agent's pool car during coronavirus crisis

A Northampton estate agent is offering its pool car to any NHS workers who need it during the coronavirus crisis.
Northwood, like all estate and letting agents across the country, has seen a sharp decrease in business since the pandemic meaning some employees have been furloughed.

Hide AdSo the Fiat 500 they use for getting to viewings or inspections is not being used, inspiring the team to offer it to any healthcare workers who may need it.
Two people came forward after a Facebook post about the gesture last week got lots of attention, but both fell through, so the car is still available.
Director Samantha Denness said: "It's parked outside our office by Morrisons but we can get it to wherever it needs to be.
"Anyone that needs it, we'd be happy to loan it to them.
"From the Facebook post, we've seen other things people are doing to help others - it's nice to see a bit of community spirit."
