An application has been submitted to West Northamptonshire Council for Kaya Lounge (Rooftop Bar), located at 6-10 Harlestone Road, Northampton.

Applicant Saimer Hyka is seeking permission under the Licensing Act 2003 to provide regulated entertainment, including live and recorded music, as well as the sale and supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
The licence applications requests opening hours from noon until 2.30am, seven days a week.
The application has been advertised as part of the statutory licensing process, with residents and other interested parties invited to submit representations to the council.
Licensing applications are considered against four key objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals must do so in writing to West Northamptonshire Council's licensing team before July 7, 2026.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the licensing team at West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton.
