Details of the application have been published as part of the statutory licensing process, during which residents and other interested parties can submit representations to the council.

Anyone wishing to make representations over the application must do so in writing to West Northamptonshire Council by September 11, 2026.

The application can also be inspected by contacting the council's licensing authority.

Under licensing legislation, representations should relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

West Northamptonshire Council will consider any valid representations received before the deadline as part of the licensing process.

If representations are submitted and cannot be resolved, the application may be considered by a licensing sub-committee before a decision is made.
