Long-standing Northampton estate agent moves lettings to new premises as business expands

A well-established Northampton estate agency has taken on more staff and moved the lettings side of its business to new premises.

Cotters, which already has an office in Wellingborough Road, has taken on an additional space in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines after residential sales were launched before the pandemic hit.

The lettings side of the estate agency will be based in an office suite at Square Feet Coworking in Oxford House, Cliftonville from later this month.

Sue Bailey, Director at Cotters, said: “We are thrilled to be able to expand into this beautiful space, we are determined to continue the growth of our sales business which launched so well before the virus hit.

“The new space gives our sales team more room to welcome clients whilst enabling social distancing measures to be maintained in our Wellingborough Road office and gives our lettings team the space they need at Square Feet.

“We were attracted to working with Square Feet because of their professional, supportive and friendly approach to collaborative office spaces.”

Square Feet is thrilled to welcome Sue and the lettings team to their new Cliftonville home.

Cotters will be working from their new locations for lettings from mid-June.
