Dinosaur-themed restaurant chain which began in Kettering goes up for sale with £1.3m price tag

A popular chain of dinosaur-themed restaurants which began in Kettering has been put up for sale with a £1.3m price tag.

Jurassic Alive Ltd, the operators of Jurassic Grill, is on the market after founders Jozef Mordawska and Natalie Matts decided to sell up.

Blacks Business Brokers, who have been instructed to sell the firm, say the pair wish to exit from the business due to a ‘change in personal circumstances’.

Jurassic Grill opened its first venue in Market Place in 2019 and has since expanded to a total of four restaurants, including one at Rushden Lakes. Others can be found at Whiteley in Hampshire and Loch Lomond in Scotland.

In its most recent financial year Jurassic Alive Ltd achieved a gross profit of £1.05m.

Blacks Business Brokers say the firm has also recently received approaches about the possibility of expanding both nationally and globally by franchising the Jurassic Grill concept.
